ABOUT NIKO
Founder Niko Moulagianis has been in the restaurant restaurant business since the age of 13. “From busboy to bartender, if it’s part of the restaurant business, I’ve had my hands in it,” Niko says with a smile.
Niko has founded several popular restaurants in Northeast Ohio over the last two decades, but Niko’s Gyros To-Go has a special focus—providing a fast casual option of his award-winning food to customers.
WHY NIKO’S
The word “gyro” is used broadly at Niko’s. You’ll find traditional lamb and beef gyros carved right from the spit, plus non-traditional options like the BLT gyro, blackened salmon gyro and smoked meat options like our smoked brisket. Our starters feature homemade favorites like our HOT stuffed pepper and specialties like the Saganaki fried cheese. Not in the mood for a gyro? The homemade hummus is out of this world.

AFFORDABLE ENTRY POINT
A low $30,000 ten-year franchise fee. The industry standard percentage of sales fees have been replaced with a standard low weekly fee.

Assistance from Niko himself! He’ll help you find the perfect location and assist you with the build-out of the restaurant, as well as employee training.
